Land clearingGroesbeck & Central Texas

Trees, brush, cedar and overgrowth off your property, so you can see what you've actually got and start using it.

Raw land is only raw until somebody clears it.

Whether it's a homesite buried in yaupon and post oak, a pasture that's gone back to brush, or a fence line you can't walk anymore, clearing is the first step. Nothing else on the property can happen until it's done.

We clear selectively or wall-to-wall. Keep the good shade trees, lose the rest, or take it all down to dirt for a building site. You tell us what the property is for, and we clear it for that.

What's included

  • Lot & homesite clearingOpening up a build site, access and yard space.
  • Acreage clearingLarger tracts for pasture, development or a fresh start.
  • Selective clearingKeeping the trees worth keeping and removing the rest.
  • Fence line clearingCleaning out fence rows so a fence can go in or be fixed.
  • Brush & cedar removalUndergrowth, brush and invasive growth taken out.
  • Debris handlingPiled, burned when allowed, or hauled off, whichever fits.

How the job goes

  1. Call or send photosTell us where the property is and what you want it to become.
  2. Walk the propertyWe look at the trees, the ground, access and where debris will go.
  3. EstimateA clear price and scope, including what stays and what goes.
  4. ClearEquipment in, brush and trees out.
  5. Clean upDebris handled the way we agreed, ground left ready for the next step.

What affects the price

Every property is different, so we price after we've seen it. These are the things that move the number.

  • DensityLight brush clears fast. Thick timber and cedar take longer.
  • AcreageBigger tracts usually cost less per acre.
  • Tree sizeLarge trees and stumps take heavier equipment and more time.
  • Debris planBurning on site, mulching and hauling off all price differently.
  • Access & groundWet ground, creek bottoms and tight gates slow things down.

Burn bans are a real thing here

Limestone, McLennan and Freestone Counties each set their own burn bans, and they come and go with the weather. If burning the piles is part of the plan, timing matters, and sometimes hauling off or leaving piles to burn later is the better call.

We'll talk through the options before the first tree comes down, so you aren't stuck with brush piles you can't get rid of.

Groesbeck born and raised. When you call, you're calling a neighbor.
